Clear Sight Investigations, Inc. provides comprehensive services throughout the state of Florida regarding workers compensation claims/bodily injury claims. We believe that a case is only as strong as the investigator working it.

Our investigative team is dedicated solely to conducting extensive preliminary work before a field investigator is sent out to conduct physical surveillance. After the preliminary investigation has accurately identified your claimant and determined his/her whereabouts, a surveillance investigation plan is established and a field agent is assigned to your case. We utilize special vehicles, state of the art equipment and experienced investigative techniques to gather facts on your claimants.

One of the most reliable and cost effective tools in assessing Workers’ Compensation claims is video documentation surveillance. When properly used, it can be extremely helpful in establishing realistic reserves. It provides an accurate and objective view of an exposure and provides the means of determining whether or not a claim has been accurately and honestly reported, when it is known and “shown” that an individual has exaggerated to the extent of his/her disability.

Our Surveillance Investigations include the following:

• 8 hours of on-site field investigation
• Up to 4 hours of daily travel
• A professionally written, detailed report with investigative summary
• Color still shot photograph
• Over ten years of experienced investigators
• Direct client contact providing an update as to the status of your surveillance investigation

Surveillance fees are available on a flat rate fee or hourly fee, according to our clients’ needs and budgetary requirements.
